Purposes
We process your data to: (1) handle demo, contact and financing requests; (2) send you the newsletter if you subscribe, with double opt-in confirmation; (3) analytics and campaign measurement, only if you consent to the corresponding cookies.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures at your request (demos, information) and your consent (newsletter, analytics and marketing cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Data processors acting on behalf of Detectalia Europe S.L. under a processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR): transactional email (Dinaserver SMTP), the distributor's CRM (Odoo), payment gateways (Redsys and Stripe; we do not store your card data), analytics and advertising (Google and Meta) and cloud backup (Google Drive). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
International data transfers
Some processors (Google and Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. These tools are only activated if you give your consent in the cookie banner.
Retention
Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it and for the applicable legal periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@prodigyimbody.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, data minimisation and anti-abuse controls on forms.
