An ordinary tape measure, only connected: it measures the circumference of each muscle segment and sends the figure over Bluetooth to your Power S Pro profile, with no numbers to copy out by hand.
It shows what the scale cannot. When the weight will not move because you are gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time, girths are what tell you what is really going on.
The 12 areas it tracks
- Head
- Neck
- Shoulders
- Chest
- Left arm
- Right arm
- Waist
- Hips
- Left thigh
- Right thigh
- Left calf
- Right calf
How it works
- One-handed measuring thanks to the Easy-Lock system.
- LED display reading directly in centimetres or inches.
- USB-C rechargeable battery.
- Several user profiles in the same app: it works for a whole household or a team.
Always measure at the same spot and at the same time of day. With girths, a consistent method matters more than absolute accuracy: what you are after is the difference between two readings, not the exact number.
